Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
October Special Town Meeting
October 7, 2002
Present: Robert Forte, Cathy Kuchinski, Daniel Webster and Stephanie McSweeney. Peter Jones (absent). Also present Management Assistant Meredith Scozzari.
7:20 p.m. Chairman Webster called the meeting to order.
BANS – Treasurer/Collector Carole McCormack presented the Board with BANS for the water project on Main Street and the Crystal Springs wells.
MOTION by Kuchinski, second by Forte to sign the BANS. Voted 4– 0.
Senior Steppers’ Yard Sale – Paul Cameron requested permission reschedule the yard sale on the Town Hall Green from October 5th to October 19th due to a rain delay.
MOTION by Kuchinski, second by McSweeney to grant the Senior Stepper permission to use the Town Hall Green for a yard sale on October 19th. Voted 4 – 0.
7:25 p.m. – Adjourned to Town Meeting.
